NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission, of the Town of Lamartine, will hold a Public Hearing on the matter of rezoning approximately 4 Lots of Land, General Agriculture to Residential.  The property is described as follows:

Parcel # T12-15-16-24-02-001-00. Area to be Rezoned from General Agriculture District to the R-1 Residential District, The North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, Section 25, T. 15 N. – R. 16 E., Town of Lamartine, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.

This property is located on County Hwy T between Nelson Road and Townline Road, Town of Lamartine.  Property is owned by TJC Real Estate, LLC.

The hearing will be held at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room on Monday, Dec 11, 2023 at 6:30 PM. Located at N5269 Schaefer Drive, Oakfield (mailing address but, the hall is located with the Fire Department on the corner of County Road Y and Schaefer Drive in the Town of Lamartine).

A majority of the Lamartine Town Board members may be present; therefore, the public is hereby informed that a quorum of the Town Board may exist at this public hearing.  

The Lamartine Town Board will take action on the Plan Commissions’ recommendation at the Regular Town Board Meeting on Monday Dec 11, 2023 at 6:30 7:00 PM.

If granted, this rezoning would have the effect of amending the town-zoning map, from General Agriculture to Residential.
