NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, November 11, 2019, at 7:30 P.M., at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room, N5269 Schaefer Drive, Oakfield, Wisconsin, a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED 2020 BUDGET of the Town of Lamartine in Fond du Lac County will be held. The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection at the town clerk’s office by appointment. NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
OF THE ELECTORS OF THE
TOWN OF LAMARTINE, FOND DU LAC COUNTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, November 11, 2019 immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2020 Budget, which begins at 7:30 P.M. at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room, N5269 Schaefer Drive, Oakfield, Wisconsin, a Special Town Meeting of the electors called pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes by the town board for the following purpose will be held:

1. To consider the adoption of a resolution by the town meeting endorsing a town board resolution which proposes that the town levy exceed the state allowable levy limit under s. 66.0602 of Wis. Statutes, specifically a proposed tax levy which would exceed the allowable town tax levy for 2019, before adjustments, by 10 percent, for a dollar increase of $ 44,546.
2. To adopt the 2019 tax levy (by resolution) to be paid in 2020 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.
