NOTICE OF REZONING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board, of the Town of Lamartine, took action on June 20, 2017 to rezone approximately 20-acres of land from Concentrated Farmland Preservation to Rural Residential. The property is owned by the Zabel Family Trust,
c/o Jordan Zabel and is located on Giebel Road in the Town of Lamartine; more particularly described as:

Parcel I.D. No. T12-15-16-08-02-001-00 described as the South ½ of the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 8, Town 15 North, Range 16 East, Town of Lamartine, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.

The granting of this rezoning will amend the town-zoning map, from Concentrated Farmland Preservation to Rural Residential.
