NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission, of the Town of Lamartine, will hold a Public Hearing on the matter of rezoning approximately twenty (20) acres of land, from Concentrated Farmland Preservation District to Rural Residential. The property is described as follows:

Parcel I.D. No. T12-15-16-08-02-001-00 described as the South ½ of the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 8, Town 15 North, Range 16 East, Town of Lamartine, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.

This property is located on Giebel Road in the Town of Lamartine. Property is owned by Zabel Family Trust.

The hearing will be held at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 6:30 PM. Located at N5269 Schaefer Drive, Oakfield (mailing address but, the hall is located with the Fire Department on the corner of County Road Y and Schaefer Drive in the Town of Lamartine).

A majority of the Lamartine Town Board members may be present, therefore the public is hereby informed that a quorum of the Town Board may exist at this public hearing.

Immediately following this public hearing the Lamartine Town Board will take action on the Plan Commissions’ recommendation at a Special Town Board Meeting.

If granted, this rezoning would have the effect of amending the town-zoning map, from Concentrated Farmland Preservation District to Rural Residential.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the Zabel Family Trust Zoning request, which begins at 6:30 P.M. at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room, a Special Town Board Meeting will be held for the following purpose:

1. The Town Board will take action on the recommendation from the Town Plan Commission regarding the rezoning of the Zabel Family Trust Property request to rezone from Concentrated Farmland Preservation Dist. To Rural Residential.
