Legal Notice

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on February 8, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town of Lamartine Municipal Building, N5269 Schaefer Drive, Oakfield, Wisconsin the Town of Lamartine Town Board will be conducting a hearing on the proposed discontinuance of public ways pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 66.1003. The public ways proposed to be discontinued are located as follows:

Ballwanz Road: A 49.50 foot wide road right-of-way located in the Northwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼, Southwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ and Northwest ¼ of the Southeast ¼, all in Section 30, T. 15 N.-R. 16E., Town of Lamartine, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.

Darling Road: A 49.50 foot wide road right-of-way located in the Southwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼, Southeast ¼ of the Northwest ¼, Northwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ and Northeast ¼ of the Southwest ¼, all in Section 7, T. 15N.-R. 16E., Town of Lamartine, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.

Giebel Road: A 50 foot wide road right-of way located in Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map Number 4032, recorded in Volume 22, Page 111, Certified Survey Maps, Fond du Lac County Register of Deeds Office and located in the Southeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of Section 11, T. 15 N.-R. 16 E., Town of Lamartine, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.

Sunnyside Drive: A 49.5 foot wide road right-of –way located in Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map Number 4118, recorded in Volume 23, Page 37, Certified Survey Maps, Fond du Lac County Register of Deeds Office and located in the Southwest ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of Section 11., T. 15 N.-R. 16 E., Town of Lamartine, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.

Waldson Drive: A 66 foot wide road right-o9f-way as dedicated on Certified Survey Map Number 6712, recorded in Volume 47, Page 9, Certified Survey Maps, Fond du Lac County Register of Deeds Office and located in the Southwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 13, T. 15 N.-R. 16 E., Town of Lamartine, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.
