Notice of Public Hearing & Special Town Board Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be conducted by the Town of Lamartine Town on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 beginning at 6:30 PM at the Town of Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room, located at N5269 Schaefer Dr., Oakfield, WI to consider action on The Town of Lamartine Zoning Ordinance. The purpose of the public hearing is to accept public comments on the Town of Lamartine Updated / Amended Zoning Ordinance Text and Map.

The public may review copies of the Updated / Amended Town of Lamartine Zoning Ordinance & Map at the Town Municipal Building. Interested parties may make arrangements with Clerk, Jill Randall to view a copy of the ordinance by calling
920-906-3683 or by e-mailing [email protected]. A copy of the zoning ordinance & map is also available for review at the Oakfield Public Library during regular business hours.

During the Public Hearing, the public is invited to speak on the Zoning Ordinance. Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk until conclusion of the Public Hearing and will become part or the record, The Public Hearing shall be closed when all interested parties in attendance have had an opportunity to offer comment.

Please be advised that the Town Board members may be in attendance at the Public Hearing. No decisions will be made by the Board at the Public Hearing.

Special Town Board Meeting

Immediately following the close of the Public Hearing, a Special Town Board meeting of the Town Board of Lamartine shall be called to order. The purpose of this meeting is for the Board to take action on the adoption of the Updated / Amended Zoning Ordinance.
