LEGAL NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 19, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. at the Lamartine Municipal Building, N5269 Schaefer Drive, Oakfield, Wisconsin the Plan Commission of the Town of Lamartine will conduct public hearings on new ordinances and ordinance revisions that may be adopted by the Town Board. Specifically, the Plan Commission will consider revisions to the Town�s Zoning Ordinance, the adoption of an Adult-Oriented Establishment Licensing Ordinance, a Solar Energy Systems Ordinance, and revisions to the Town�s Subdivision and Land Division Ordinance. The Solar Energy Systems Ordinance may be incorporated into the Town�s Zoning Ordinance.

The Plan Commission will make a recommendation to the Town Board on the adoption or revision of the above-mentioned ordinances. All interested parties are encouraged to attend. Members of the Town Board and Board of Appeals will also be present.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that immediately following the Plan Commission hearing mentioned above, the Town Board of the Town of Lamartine will consider the recommendations of the Plan Commission and possibly take action on the new and revised ordinances. All interested parties are encouraged to attend the Town Board meeting. Members of the Plan Commission and Board of Appeals will also be present.

Copies of the proposed ordinances can be obtained from the Town Clerk.
