NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, November 8, 2010, at 8:00 P.M., at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room, a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED 2011 BUDGET of the Town of Lamartine in Fond du Lac County will be held. The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection at the town clerk�s office by appointment from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon on Monday thru Friday.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
OF THE ELECTORS OF THE
TOWN OF LAMARTINE, FOND DU LAC COUNTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, November 8, 2010, immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2011 Budget, which begins at 8:00 P.M. at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room, a Special Town Meeting of the electors called pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes by the town board for the following purpose will be held:

1. To approve the 2011 Highway Expenditures.

2. To adopt the 2010 tax levy to be paid in 2011 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.
