Legal Notice


PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 28, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town of
Lamartine Town Hall, N5269 Schaefer Drive, Oakfield, Wisconsin, the Town Board will
be conducting a hearing on the proposed discontinuance of Pucker Road in response to a
petition filed pursuant to Wis. Stat. �82.10(1). The road proposed to be discontinued is
more particularly described as follows:

A 66 foot wide road right-of-way located in the Northwest � of the
Northeast � of Section 19, T.15N.-R.16E, Town of Lamartine, Fond du
Lac County, Wisconsin, lying 33 feet on each side of the following
described centerline: Commencing at the North � corner of said Section
19; thence South 00�-11�-39� East along the West line of the Northeast �
of said Section 19, 962.55 feet; thence South 88�-01�-02� East, 33.02 feet to
the East right-of-way line of County Trunk Highway �C� and to the point
of beginning of the centerline of Pucker Road to be discontinued; thence
continuing South 88�-01�-02� East along said centerline, 494.98 feet to the
end of said centerline.

A scale map of the land that would be affected by the application is attached.

The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to
attend.
