Legal Notice

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 28, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. at the Town of
Lamartine Town Hall, N5269 Schaefer Drive, Oakfield, Wisconsin, the Town Board will
be conducting a hearing on the proposed discontinuance of Hagemann Road in response
to a petition filed pursuant to Wis. Stat. �82.10(1). The road proposed to be discontinued
is more particularly described as follows:

A 66 foot wide road right-of-way located in the Northeast � of the
Northeast � of Section 16, T. 15N.-R.16E, Town of Lamartine, Fond du
Lac County, Wisconsin, lying 33 feet on each side of the following
described centerline: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section
16; thence North 89�-18�-35� West along the North line of the Northeast �
of said Section 16, 823.75 feet; thence South 00�-15�-40� East, 33.00 feet to
the South right-of-way line of Forest Avenue and to the point of beginning
of the centerline of Hagemann Road to be discontinued; thence continuing
South 00�-15�-40� East along said centerline, 495.00 feet to the end of said
centerline.

A scale map of the land that would be affected by the application is attached.

The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to
attend.
