NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING



NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission, of the Town of Lamartine, will hold a Public Hearing on the matter of rezoning approximately One (1) acre of land, from Exclusive Agriculture to Residential. The property is owned by Greg and Carol Collien, W5496 Wonser Road, Fond du Lac, WI

This one acre (1) of land is located south adjacent to W 5496 Wonser Road in the Town of Lamartine. More particularly described as:

A one acre parcel from the following legal description of twenty acres: S25 T15N R16E N � NW � SW � Exc CSM #2310-12-68 & EXC COM 660.84� S & 380.18� E of NW COR SW � TH N87*12� 15�E 931.50� S 60.13� W930.17� to BEG Town of Lamartine, Fond du Lac County.

The hearing will be held at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room on Monday, March 10, 2008 at 6:00 PM.



If granted, this rezoning would have the effect of amending the town-zoning map, from Exclusive Agricultural to Residential.
