NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REQUEST FOR VARIANCE IN REAR YARD SET BACK

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Appeals of the Town of Lamartine will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday�January 17, 2008 at 6:30 Pm at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room on Schaefer Drive. This hearing was requested by Shirley Fitzpatrick / Ervin Miller who would like a variance in rear lot line restriction of 25 feet to approximately thirty-six inches (36�) to allow for a building that has been constructed to continue to exist.

This property is located at W8161 CTH Y in the Town of Lamartine and is more particularly described as:

A parcel in Section 27, Township 15 North, Range 16 East, more particularly described as a part of the SE � of the SE � commencing at a point on the south line of the SE � eighty-six feet (86�) east of the NW Corner of Lot 15 of the Plat of Seven Mile Creek, then North sixty feet (60�), West one-hundred thirty-five feet (135�) to the point of beginning in the Town of Lamartine, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. The size of the lot is .186 acres.
