NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, November 12, 2007, at 8:00 P.M., at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room, a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED 2008 BUDGET of the Town of Lamartine in Fond du Lac County will be held. The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection at the town clerk�s office by appointment from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon on Monday thru Friday.

TOWN OF LAMARTINE, FOND DU LAC COUNTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, November 12, 2007, immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2008 Budget, which begins at 8:00 P.M. at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room, a Special Town Meeting of the electors called pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes by the town board for the following purpose will be held:

1. To adopt the 2007 tax levy to be paid in 2008 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.
