REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE IN THE MINIMUM LOT SIZE OF A RESIDENTIAL LOT, REQUEST FOR A VARINACE IN THE MINIMUM SET BACK & A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE IN THE MINIMUM LOT SIZE OF A BUSINESS LOT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Appeals of the Town of Lamartine will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at 6:30 Pm at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room on Schaefer Drive. The petitioner(s) Scot & Cheryl Fischer on behalf of property owner Lori Suprenand are requesting three (3) variances:
1. Request for a variance in the minimum lot size of a residential lot from one acre to .75 acre.
2. Request for a variance in the minimum set back from the highway from 100 feet to 50 feet.
3. Request for a variance in the minimum lot size of a business lot from one acre to .69 acre.
This property is located at W8139 & W8147 CTH Y, in the Town of Lamartine, Fond du Lac County, more particularly described as:

This property is currently owned by Lori Suprenand. Scot & Cheryl Fischer would like to purchase this property to construct a new home. The sale of this property is pending the granting of these variances.
