NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission, of the Town of Lamartine, will hold a Public Hearing on the matter of rezoning approx. 11.5 acres of land from Exclusive Agricultural to Residential as follows:

This property is owned by Ed and Helen Haney, W7604 Forest Ave Road,

Fond du Lac, WI in the Town of Lamartine. More particularly described as:

Part of the N � of NW �, NW � Also that PT NE � NW � LYG W of

Fenner Road & N of LOT 1 CSM #3438-18-16 (V1146-126)

The hearing will be held at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room on Monday, December 12, 2005 at 6:45 PM.

If granted, this rezoning would have the effect of amending the town-zoning map, from Exclusive Agricultural to Residential and from Exclusive Agriculture to Ag Transitional

All interested persons are invited to attend.
