NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission, of the Town of Lamartine, will hold a Public Hearing on the matter of rezoning approx. 9.29 acres of land, from Exclusive Agricultural to Residential.

S28 T15N R16E Lot 1 CSM #6616-46-12 LOC in the NW1/4 SW �

(833610) 9.29 acres.

This property is owned by Greg Bodart, N5468 Fairview Road, Fond du Lac, WI in the Town of Lamartine.

The hearing will be held at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room on Monday, December 12, 2005 at 6:00 PM.

If granted, this rezoning would have the effect of amending the town-zoning map, from Exclusive Agricultural to Residential.

All interested persons are invited to attend.
