The Clerk read the letter of intent. The letter stated that Mr. and Mrs. Birschbach were requesting a rezoning of approximately 3.717 acres of land from Agricultural to Residential, with the intent to section this property off into two residential lots, one being their current residence and creating one lot for new home construction. The current residence would be 2.586 acres and the new rezoned lot would be 1.131 acres to the South of the current residence. The remaining 10.152 acres are being allocated for their future home construction.
Jim asked if the petitioner had any further comments, concerns or additions. Dean stated that his new home construction would be on lot #1 (10.152 acres) and he is asking for his current residence to be rezoned, as he will be selling it when he builds. Lot #3 (1.131 acres) will be sold for a new home construction.
Discussion took place regarding this rezoning.
