NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission, of the Town of Lamartine, will hold a Public Hearing on the matter of rezoning approximately 12 acres of land, from Exclusive Agriculture to Residential. This property is located along Townline Road and is owned by Stan and Linda Jahn, N6394 Townline Road, Fond du Lac, WI.

Located in:

A part of, Section 13�T15 N. R.16E SE 1/4 NE � (V1177-330) Town of Lamartine, Fond du Lac County.

The hearing will be held at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room on Monday, January 12, 2004 at 6:30 PM.

If granted, this rezoning would have the effect of amending the town-zoning map, from Exclusive Agricultural to Residential.
